Dinner took place in the château’s romantic courtyard, with tables dressed in crisp linens, rich florals in burgundy, romantic pinks, and green, and candlelight flickering across the space. Guests received personalised menus on delicate handmade paper. The plated menu included a delicate tuna tartare starter, seabass with smooth mashed potato and crisp asparagus, finished with a silky beurre blanc poured at the table.

Family and friends contributed heartfelt performances and speeches, a cherished Norwegian wedding tradition, bringing laughter, emotion, and joy to the courtyard. Later, the celebration moved indoors, where espresso martinis, Negronis, and bespoke cocktails awaited guests as they danced beneath a warm red glow.
