In the heart of the picturesque Lake Como, Italy, a heart-warming love story and celebration were meticulously curated by our destination wedding planner. F&P, accompanied by approximately 110 cherished guests, embarked on a remarkable journey that would span three unforgettable days, all set against the backdrop of a private Italian wedding venue nestled along the shimmering lakeshore of Lake Como.

The first day set the stage with a rehearsal dinner amidst the lush Italian gardens that graced the front of the villa. Lemons and herbs took centre stage as table centrepieces, meticulously arranged by our destination wedding planner to set a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A family-style Italian dining experience awaited the 50 guests, carefully curated to foster an atmosphere of warmth and togetherness at the Italian wedding venue.

On the following day, the destination wedding day had arrived. The symbolic ceremony unfolded before the tranquil lake, framed by a timeless arch adorned with a tapestry of exquisite flowers, brought to life by the destination wedding planner's keen artistic eye. A piano and a melodious singer serenaded the radiant bride down the aisle, creating an unforgettable moment that resonated in the hearts of all who witnessed it at the Italian wedding venue.

The celebration continued with a drinks reception nestled within the villa's charming gardens. Here, guests found respite in inviting lounge seating and the opportunity to explore the stunning surroundings of the Italian wedding venue. Italian-style canapés, were served on trays, accompanied by a selection of delightful Italian beverages. Meanwhile, the bride and groom were ushered onto a traditional lake boat, by their destination wedding planner, capturing stunning photos against the breathtaking backdrop that Lake Como provided unfailingly.

The colour scheme of the day was a pristine fusion of white and green, setting the stage for an elegant dinner within a transparent marquee at the Italian wedding venue. Three long tables hosted the celebratory feast, adorned with a floral runner of exquisite white blooms and dinner candles that cast a soft ivory and olive green glow. Each place setting was a work of art, boasting a gold-foiled menu, a personalized name card with a wax seal, gold-edged crystal glassware, and a linen napkin, tied with a delicate white chiffon bow. Classic Italian melodies wafted through the air during dinner, infusing the evening with an aura of timeless romance at the Italian wedding venue.

Following the sumptuous dinner, guests gathered on dancefloor that was designed to feel like a magnificent and elegant ballroom at the Italian wedding venue, resplendent with chandeliers. Here, the DJ took the stage, accompanied by talented musicians, including a percussionist and a saxophonist, recommended by the destination wedding planner for an unforgettable musical experience. Laughter and joy filled the air as everyone danced the night away while sipping hand-crafted cocktails, creating lasting memories under the Italian moon.

The day following the wedding was marked by a spirited pool party at the Italian wedding venue, designed to keep guests entertained and refreshed. An Italian vintage pizza truck and a Prosecco and Aperol Spritz truck offered delights under the warm sunshine, handpicked to ensure a delightful and authentic Italian experience. The DJ and saxophonist played vibrant beats, setting the rhythm for an afternoon of merriment, where guests took refreshing dips in the pool or relaxed on sunbeds, basking in the radiant Italian sun.
